Environmental Policy
Proline’s commitment towards the environment is paramount. We continue to observe, monitor and maintain our system to comply with the regulations of the Environmental Protection Authority and all other relevant bodies. Proline Building believes in the necessity of maintaining a healthy and safe environment and protecting the environment is important to us. We have a duty to each other and the community to ensure we manage our activities in an environmentally responsible manner. The co-operation and dedication from all Proline employees is vital to achieving our environmental commitments. With the support of all Proline Senior Management, employees and sub-contractors, we are dedicated to:
Protecting the environment and the prevention of pollution through all phases of our operations;
Creating an environmentally aware culture within our clients, employees and sub-contractors through education, where responsibility is assigned and understood;
To ensure compliance with relevant statutory environmental requirements and work in a manner that allows us to meet our general environmental duty;
Ongoing implementation of the Environmental Management Program to achieve Proline’s environmental targets and objectives;
Ensure that the system is operational, effective and meeting the requirements including legal and other requirements;
Ensure the public has access to this Environmental Policy when required.
Proline's ongoing commitment towards training and development of our employees' is of the utmost importance. Proline Management is committed to providing a high quality standard of service to all parties, therefore resulting in Management continually monitoring and liaising with all parties to avoid any potential disputes, actions, incidents and/or accidents. All training and development will be based on the skill requirements of employee, and will reflect the standards required for competent performance within an employee's career path.
Training and development will be generally developed on a needs basis depending on operational requirements and shall occur on site and off site. The Company can require an employee to undertake any training deemed by the employer to be essential to the efficient and productive performance of their duties. Such training shall be relevant to the industry of the employer and the cost of such training shall be borne by the Company only where the employee attains the skills required.

Industrial Relations Policy
Proline's ongoing commitment towards Industrial Relations is of the utmost importance. Proline management is committed to providing a high quality standard of service to all parties, and continually monitoring the achievement of this aim and liaising with all parties to avoid any potential disputes or actions. Therefore Proline supports the following principles in regards to industrial relations :
Opportunities for workers to receive education and training appropriate for the achievement of these goals and for their own personal development;
Equal opportunities and fair and equitable treatment across the workforce for all employees;
Effective consultation between employers and employees on all aspects of industrial legislation;
Processes of conciliation and mediation as the primary means of resolving disputes between the parties when all other means have failed;
Employees' rights to free association, to join or not to join trade unions and to bargain;
Legislative protection for basic working conditions for all workers;
The right of all workers to be involved in participatory workplace management;
Minimal outside interference in union affairs consistent with the maintenance of democratic processes.
Proline makes every effort to avoid or minimise disputes through Proline's adoption of a structured industrial relations, safety and quality assurance management system based upon the principles of risk management.

Aboriginal Participation In Construction Policy
It is the policy of Proline Building Commercial Pty Ltd to ensure that we provide a highly skilled and motivated workforce for our clients based upon our Equal Employment Opportunity and Training Policies.
